Course Description: The purpose of this course is to introduce students to the major concepts, research, and methodologies in child psychology. Students will learn to think critically about the biological, cognitive, emotional, and social changes across childhood from infancy to the beginning of adolescence. This course examines the biological and environmental foundations of development. The course will teach students to make connections between all the aspects of a child’s life.
