Course Description and Purpose:
Course Description: ITEC 102 course provides a comprehensive introduction to the field of Information Technology (IT). It covers fundamental concepts in IT, digital literacy, the role of IT in business and society, problem-solving and analytical thinking, and IT security and ethical issues. Additionally, the course introduces students to the emerging field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), exploring its basic principles, applications, and impact on various industries.
