BADM 682 Strategic Management Explores the fundamentals of strategic management, including analysis of industry environments, assessment of competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and development of an organization's core competencies and competitive advantage. Numerous case analyses will provide opportunities for students to practice models and frameworks for developing sound strategic designs. The approach of the course is interdisciplinary and cross-functional. 3 credits Prerequisites: To be taken at or near completion of M.B.A. program (i.e., after completion of 27 credits)
