This course provides a comprehensive introduction and thoughtful application of concepts in negotiation, interpersonal effectiveness, and organizational conflict resolution. This course places emphasis on the ability to negotiate effectively, which is critical for success in business and everyday life. Students will gain a broad understanding of negotiation and mediation strategies, learn skills that lead to greater success in managing conflict, and develop confidence in the conflict resolution process. 3 credits
