Fieldwork II (FW2) encompasses one full-time, 12-week full-time equivalent, supervised fieldwork experience. All students are required to complete a 12-week rotation in physical rehabilitation, mental health, and/or pediatrics. Students are instructed and supervised in a clinical setting by an experienced occupational therapist, serving as the fieldwork educator. The student must demonstrate the ability to evaluate, treat, document, and discharge clients as required for entry-level practice in a similar setting. A passing score of 111 on the AOTA Fieldwork Evaluation form is required for graduation.
