Pre-Requisites: BADM 241 or ISYS 201

Course Objectives: The student will engage in intermediate use and application of the Microsoft software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access and inter-connectivity between the applications as well as the transition of Information technology (IT) from Stand-Alone Personal Computer (PC) to Cloud Computing, understanding of the benefits of Cloud Computing and Cloud Concepts. This course furthers the student's knowledge of the MS Office 2016 Suite by providing hands-on experience with advanced projects and assignments. Student will develop web pages from the documentation created in the course. Successful students will be able to develop procedure for the effective use of the software applications, increase efficiency and productivity through MS Office 2016 Suite integration.  Along with covering the advanced features, functions, and behavior of MS Office 2016, the latest Emerging Technologies in IT including Cloud Computing, Internet of Things (IoT), Data Analytics and how these Technologies impact organizations operations in conjunctions with using MS Office 2016, will be covered (based on instructor's insights).
